At FiDUS Power we have firstly put measures in place to help protect the health of our employees, our customers and our community. These include steps to significantly limit interactions by enabling staff to work from home, adjusting all meetings to remote video conference, as well as putting new processes in place for goods in/out. These initiatives enable us to keep our support, service and supply as close to business-as-usual for FiDUS Power customers as possible, whilst also doing our part to limit the spread of COVID-19.
Secondly, we are adapting the way we interact with our customers to continue to provide first class support to Engineers now working from a home office or spare room, rather than their usual lab. Such Engineers potentially facing lack of test equipment, limited team support and reduced physical space; all of which are new challenges we hope to help remedy.
