Introducing the New Power-Dense, Wide-Input Quarter-Brick 75W and 100W Rail DC-DC Converters
Fidus Power announces the release of the new QBE75W and QBE100W series of 4:1 wide input DC-DC converters. Designed to deliver excellent power efficiency and versatility to suit wide range of industrial, rail, and defence applications.
Fully compliant with EN50155 for railway electrical safety and EN61373 for shock and vibration, these converters are built for reliability in demanding installations. They also meet MIL-STD-810F for military-grade environmental shock and vibration durability.
These new models boast excellent efficiencies of 92% resulting in less waste heat to manage in your system. The ¼ brick products come fully featured with various heatsink options available should they be required for enhanced heat dissipation where a cold wall is not available. They are fully featured with trim output for output voltage adjustment (+10% / -20%), remote on/off control (positive or negative logic) and output sense for voltage drop compensation. The series offer 8 output voltage options ranging from 3.3V to 54V, and input ranges of 9–36V, 18–75V, or 40–160V.
All units come complete with over-temperature, short circuit, overload and over-voltage protections. All models meet EN55032 emissions standards (with minimal external components) and are safety certified to IEC/UL/EN 62368-1 for ITE/AV applications.
