The VCCR300 family of DC-DC power supplies delivers 300W of robust, silent power for applications designed for harsh and rugged environments. Whilst primarily designed for the transport & rail markets with EN50155 safety, EN50121-3-2 EMC and EN45545 fire and smoke, the range is also certified to EN/IEC/UL 62368-1 for industrial applications and MIL-STD-810G shock and vibration for military use. 12V, 24V, 36V and 48V single-output models are available.
The VCCR300 is designed for scalability beyond the 300W output of a single unit. The series enables users to combine multiple units to create 900W+ power solutions, by expertly utilising a low current inrush design and efficient current share functionality to support higher power applications without a large current draw on startup.
System designers will welcome the wide feature set which includes 90-125% voltage adjust, remote ON-OFF, DC OK output signal, output current signal, under/over voltage and over temperature protections. Depending on the known supply voltage range, an undervoltage lock-out can also be programmed to suit the nominal rail voltages 48V, 72V, 96V or 110V.
As with most Fidus power supplies, engineering samples can be delivered from stock on short lead-times and 3D models are available for smooth integration.
