The units have an inrush of just 20A resulting in fantastic scalability by connecting many units in parallel or series up to 1200W, distributing the power system for thermal and mechanical flexibility. The units are suitable for both class I and class II installations, which is great for medical applications where earth leakage is more stringent. Further to this the medical variants are suitable for body floating (BF) rated applications where 1500VAC output to ground isolation as well as 2 x MOPP is required. 

The units come in three key voltage outputs: 12, 24 and 48V complete with the latest medical (IEC60601-1) and industrial safety (IEC62368-1). The units easily meet EMC level B EN55011 and EN60601-1-2, also MIL-STD-461F: RE102 and MIL-STD-461F: CE102. Further to this is also boasts extended immunity performances to SEMI-F47-0706MIL-STD-1399, SECTION 300A for ships and the suite of MIL-STD-461F and MIL-STD-704F for aircraft. The ruggedization is tried and tested with a HALT report available, EC60068-2-27, IEC60068-2-64 vibration, IEC60068-2-64MIL-STD-810G thermal shock and vibration; cat 4 (trucks), cat 7 (aircraft), cat 24 (all).

Regulation of the DC output is particularly impressive of just +/-0.1%Vout line regulation and +/-50mV load regulation for all voltages. Cover kits are available for the products offering additional mechanical protection.
