Introducing the EIRE300, a cutting-edge open frame AC/DC power supply that delivers top-tier performance in a compact form. Capable of providing 300 Watts of continuous power, with a peak output of 375 Watts when fan-cooled, this powerhouse fits within a slim 4" x 2" footprint and a 1" profile. With an impressive convection-cooled rating of 200 Watts at 115 VAC, it's versatile enough for a wide array of worldwide industrial and medical applications.
Boasting a power density exceeding 37.5W/in³ and efficiency levels up to 95%, the EIRE300 significantly reduces power losses, maximizing energy efficiency. Available in 8 output voltages from 12V to 60V, it offers a wide adjustment range to support both standard and non-standard voltage requirements.
Built for seamless integration, the EIRE300 includes 2 x MOPP isolation, low leakage currents, standard mounting holes, and a dedicated auxiliary fan supply. Additional features like internal dual-line fusing (medical requirements), remote sensing, and an AC_OK signal make installation and operation straightforward. With standby power consumption below 0.5W, it's ideal for energy-sensitive applications.
Designed to meet both Class I and Class II equipment installations, the EIRE300 complies with EMC Class B standards for conducted and radiated emissions. It’s capable of functioning at altitudes up to 5000 meters and meets international safety certifications for ITE, household appliances, measurement and laboratory equipment, and power transformers (EN61558-1).
To ensure longevity and durability, the EIRE300 is equipped with ultra long-life electrolytic capacitors and comes conformal coated as standard. Its high-efficiency design minimizes heat, enabling operation in extreme temperatures ranging from -40°C to +70°C, with a calculated MTBF exceeding 500,000 hours.
The EIRE300 series is also fully certified to international medical safety standards, earning a “BF” rating, which makes it suitable for devices in direct contact with patients. Whether it’s for surgical instruments or critical care equipment, this power supply ensures safe, reliable operation in sensitive medical environments.
