INNOVATION – NEW 150W PCB-mount AC-DC for home appliances
Presenting the new AMCV150 series; creating new design possibilities with a whopping 150W of output power in an encapsulated PCB mount package. Rethink your product design to incorporate power onto your PCB, saving space for a more compact modern design and optimizing time of manufacture with less connectivity and mounting expense of a chassis mount converter.The AMCV150 extends the AMCV family to 150W. They are a great choice for high volume applications, where robustness to high temperature operation (-40 to +85⁰C) and more resilience to mains transients is desired (OVC III direct connection to consumer unit).
These new Class II power supply modules are certified to IEC/EN/UL 62368-1 and designed to meet EN 60335-1 (home appliance safety) with 4300VAC isolation from input to output. This, combined with efficiencies up to 93.5% and no-load consumptions from 0.3W, makes them the ideal choice to help conform to energy efficiency requirements in various applications including; EV charger ancillary power, IoT devices, IT equipment, remote monitoring systems, blenders, coffee grinders, dishwashers and boiler controls.
Output voltages are available from 12 to 48VDC complete with short circuit, over voltage and overload protections in a UL94V-0 flame and heat retardant plastic case. All offer good universal performance in global markets as AC derating begins at 115VAC, dropping a maximum of 20% at 90VAC for Japanese markets.
