FiDUS Power is today adding to its impressive range of space saving AC-DC power supplies with the release of the low profile (M)WLP225 series.At only 1” tall, this 2 x 4” power supply provides ITE & medical system designers with 225W (120W convection) in a dense package.

OPEN FRAME / CHASSIS MOUNTThe series allows customer to shrink their applications without compromising on power, quality or incurring a premium cost.
The series offers real versatility with 6 standard output voltage variants from 12-58V. The (M)WLP225 has also been cleverly designed & approved to allow for non-standard voltages within that bracket. Class I and Class II models are available as well as the choice between Molex or screw terminal output connections. Optional covers kits are also available. Designers of globally sold systems will benefit from the (M)WLP225’s wide environmental parameters, with universal AC input as low as 85VAC accepted and operation between -40°C to +70°C.
The MWLP225 comes fully approved to the latest 60601 safety & EMC medical standards, whilst the ITE variant WLP225 holds latest 60950 approvals with 62368 regulatory testing to be completed in time for the December 2020 deadline.
