OPEN FRAME / CHASSIS MOUNTThe TCF150 provides 150W (w/ 10CFM) or 100W convection cooled in a dense 2 x 3”. The unit offers 2 x MOPP isolation suitable for BF applications and latest IEC 62368-1 approval for ITE. True flexibility is afforded with 8 voltage options between 12 and 54V as well as open frame, U-channel and a fully covered mechanical versions. Covered variants will be particularly useful for lab equipment designers building to EN 61010, with no power de-rating required for any mechanical options. Further mechanical flexibility is possible with the choice of either screw terminal or JST output connections. Impressively, there is no power de-rating required when the unit is covered.
The TCF250 also offers impressive power density, providing 250W (w/ 18CFM) or up to 190W convection cooled in 2 x 4”. The TCF250 has a unique feature of a flexible second 20W (15W convection cooled) output of any voltage between 5 and 48V, to complement the 12, 24 or 48V primary output. As with the 150W unit, the TCF250 comes in open frame, U channel and covered versions (with integrated fan option). ITE and medical (BF) safety approvals are provided, as are the input/output termination options offered with the TCF150.
Both units aid a smooth ride to system compliance, conforming to conducted and radiated level B without additional components as well as latest EMC immunity EN60601-1-2 4th edition. As usual 3D models are available to download from our website to guarantee integration to your design.
