The Customisable Range of AC-DC External PSUs Completes with the Addition of the EDA200 and EDA250
The EDA range of desktop external AC-DC power adapters has been extended with new additions of the 200W and 250W versions.
The units are compliant with the latest energy efficiency Level VI standard, CoC tier 2 and new safety standard IEC/EN/UL 62368-1. The new standard is enforced across Europe from 20th December 2020. After this date external products with only ‘60950 approvals can no longer assume conformity to the low voltage directive for CE approval and an IEC/EN 62368-1 unit must be sourced.

EXTERNAL POWER SUPPLIESThey are all approved for worldwide use, having universal input 90-264VAC (without derating) and carrying approvals for China (CCC), Japan (PSE), Australia (RCM), Taiwan (BSMI) as well as CE marking for Europe and UL/FCC for America of course.
For larger opportunities incorporation of customer branding is possible, providing a truly professional look to your powered system. All units are covered by the FiDUS Power 5 year warranty. As with all FiDUS Power desktop power supplies custom outputs; push pull connectors, XLRs, IP rated connectors or longer/shorter cables are possible, or simply packaged in a box with IEC mains cables ready to go!
The units have a strong EMC pass to simplify design-in or retrospective replacement of an obsolete ‘60950 approved product without the need for additional EMC filtering. Flexibility is offered with 4 voltage outputs from 12V to 48V and 56V for POE applications.
